Heleen's music project, "Rush in the Woods", is an encounter of jazz and the jungle. It brings a musical ode to the rainforest with her own lyrics and music and through co-operation with high quality musicians. Her original professional roots - she studied and travelled through tropical rainforests - are intertwined with her musical ones to create a unique and passionate symbiosis.

The debut of vocalist Heleen van den Hombergh;
with Tony Overwater, double bass, Bert van den Brink (piano& keyboards), Joshua Samson, percussion.

The music is a special free mixture of soul, pop and jazz.
Bert van den Brink worked with Dee Dee Bridgewater, Toots Thielemans, Chet baker and others.
Tony Overwater has won several prizes for his remarkable music and special international projects.
